Attorney James Kizziar, Bracewell & Giuliani

Practicing law since 1978, James Kizziar represents and counsels the managers and owners of diverse companies and business entities in all aspects of labor and employment law, before federal and state agencies and the courts. His practice includes litigation and preventive counseling of management on issues such as discrimination, harassment, union organizing and wage-hour issues.

Mr. Kizziar conducts employment law training for executives, managers and supervisors. He also is a lecturer and prolific writer on labor law issues, and served on the editorial board of the Texas Labor Letter . Mr. Kizziar co-authored a chapter, "Risk Management Issues in Employment" for the American Hospital Association's Risk Management Handbook for Health Care Facilities. He co-authored a resource guide, Human Resources Management: A Comprehensive Guide for Apartment Professionals , for the National Apartment Association. Mr. Kizziar serves as special counsel for labor and employment matters for the Texas Apartment Association.

Attorney Denise Glass, Fulbright & Jaworski

Denise Webb Glass is a Partner in the Health Law Section of the Dallas office of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. Her practice is exclusively devoted to operational, business and related regulatory issues affecting the health care services industry. Denise earned her B.A., cum laude , from The University of Texas at Austin and a J.D., cum laude , from The University of Houston Law Center. She is certified in Health Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Recent honors include being named an "Outstanding Young Healthcare Lawyer" by Nightingale's Healthcare News and included in The Best Lawyers in America in Health Law.

Attorney Danielle Clarkson, Fulbright & Jaworski

Danielle Alexis Clarkson joined the Dallas office of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. in September 2000. As a senior associate, Danielle has been focusing her practice in labor and employment matters, as well as general litigation.

She has actively represented clients in multiple class action matters involving wage and hour and related issues under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and similar state statutes and laws.  Danielle regularly represents clients in a variety of employment matters involving Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act (TCHRA), the Texas Workers' Compensation Act (TWCA), and similar statutes and regulations, as well as in employment related breach of contract cases, and cases involving the defense of Company commission and benefit policies. 

On a daily basis, Danielle regularly communicates and interfaces with key management personnel and human resources representatives to provide insight and legal advice to those individuals on a range of personnel issues.   Understanding the interplay between employment issues and peer review policies and procedures affecting the Firm's health care clients, Danielle also devotes a portion of her practice to advising, counseling, and representing healthcare management in nursing and physician peer review proceedings.

Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. partner Bill Finegan represents a broad range of companies and non-profit agencies in the areas of employment litigation and traditional labor law. He is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization as a labor and employment law specialist.

Bruce Butler, Client Support Specialist, PreCheck

Bruce Butler has over 30 years of Human Resources leadership experience. He has worked at both large and small healthcare facilities. Bruce also served at the corporate levels of human resources during the merger of 2 of the largest hospital systems in Houston. Bruce has served on the board human resources professional organization at both the local and state levels. Bruce earned his SPHR in 1995. Presently, He serves as the General Manager for PreCheck, Inc.

Zach Daigle, LPI, Vice President, Sales and Marketing, PreCheck

Zach has 7 years of compliance, credentialing and background screening experience within the healthcare industry. He began with PreCheck in 2003 as an Investigator. Since that time Zach has worked as a Client Account Manager, Criminal Investigations Manager, Client Services Manager, and as a Product Manager prior to accepting his current role as VP of Sales and Marketing. He has worked with some the nation's largest healthcare systems and organizations to assist them with utilizing Human Resource and Compliance outsourcing solutions. Zach has extensive expertise in primary source license credentialing, criminal record research, employment verification, education verification, and federal and state sanction screening. He has made major contributions to the development and launch of several healthcare specific products that are helping to revolutionize the way that healthcare organizations reduce liability and mitigate risk. Zach has been a member of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS) since 2004, which is the industry's leading accreditation and standards organization. Zach is also a Licensed Private Investigator in the state of Texas .

Dana Sangerhausen, LPI, Product Manager, PreCheck

Dana has over 7 years of experience with customer service, investigation, implementation, and product management in the background screening industry. She began with PreCheck in 2002 as a Client Account Manager, and has worked as a Client Services Assistant Manager and a Client Services Manager prior to her current role as Product Manager. In her previous roles she developed and focused on delivering superior customer service, and has worked closely with clients across the country consulting on best practices and implementing solutions into their on-boarding processes. As Product Manager she continues to consult and take a lead role in implementation, while ensuring that PreCheck's core products continue to exceed client expectations and needs, as well as participates in new product development. Dana has been a member of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners since 2004, and is a member of their Government Relations Committee. She is also a Licensed Private Investigator in the state of Texas .


Sue Fiedler, Senior Training and Development Specialist, Driscoll Children's Hospital

Sue has 15 years experience at Driscoll Children's Hospital. She spent 8 years in Human Resources before transferring to Organizational Development.. She served on the TSHHRAE Board of Directors for 4 years and on Barnstorm faculty 6 times. Sue is a Certified Zinger Miller Facilitator (Leadership training) and belongs to the American Society of Training and Development, on both the national and local levels. She has published in Creative Training Technique Magazine and is the 2009 recipient of the TSHHRAE Excellence in Leadership Award.
