Attorney Mehron Azarmehr –Azarmehr & Associates
Mehron has been practicing law in Texas since 1992. After graduating from law school, he served at the Texas Supreme Court as a briefing intern and as an Assistant Attorney General with the Texas Attorney General’s office in Austin, Texas. From 1996 to 1998 he practiced immigration law at Gardere & Wynne, L.L.P. in Dallas. In 1999, Mehron founded Azarmehr & Associates, P.C., an exclusively immigration-based practice. The law firm has offices in Austin, San Antonio, Texas, and Monterrey, Mexico. Mehron is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit, and the U.S. District Court, Eastern, Northern, and Western Districts of Texas.
Zach Daigle, LPI, Vice President, Sales and Marketing, PreCheck
Zach has 7 years of compliance, credentialing and background screening experience within the healthcare industry. He began with PreCheck in 2003 as an Investigator. Since that time Zach has worked as a Client Account Manager, Criminal Investigations Manager, Client Services Manager, and as a Product Manager prior to accepting his current role as VP of Sales and Marketing. He has worked with some the nation's largest healthcare systems and organizations to assist them with utilizing Human Resource and Compliance outsourcing solutions. Zach has extensive expertise in primary source license credentialing, criminal record research, employment verification, education verification, and federal and state sanction screening. He has made major contributions to the development and launch of several healthcare specific products that are helping to revolutionize the way that healthcare organizations reduce liability and mitigate risk. Zach has been a member of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS) since 2004, which is the industry's leading accreditation and standards organization. Zach is also a Licensed Private Investigator in the state of Texas .
Roxanne Jenkins, RN, Director of Physicial Integration and Accredidation Compliance, CHRISTUS Santa Rosa
As a Regional Director, Roxanne Jenkins performs organization-wide assessments of processes and systems in place to merge and manage the clinical and financial outcomes of the admitting-discharge process. She develops plans for redesigning systems and processes to improve clinical outcomes and financial performance. She has held roles as a Director of Nursing, Chair of Nurse Council, Nurse Manager and an independent Nurse Legal Consultant. She has extensive background and training in strategic quality planning, performance improvement, leadership development, clinical/resource management, and revenue cycle management. She also has Health Care Management experience with for-profit and non-profit entities, ranging in size from 150 to over 500 beds. Her additional areas of expertise include medical-surgical, telemetry, and critical care, product line development, facilities of utilization process and case management, facility consolidation and restructuring and regulatory compliance expertise. She is recognized in Who’s Who in Nursing and Leadership Development Institute in Colorado.

In a wide range of professional settings, she has consistently delivered significant results for hospitals, including: building high-performing leadership teams, including leading RWJ-Hamilton to win the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in 2004; developing new healthcare improvement products while increasing customer satisfaction with product offerings by 20%; and developing strategic plans for various organizations and divisions, yielding service line growth in the double digits and increasing physician satisfaction to the 99th% nationally. Before joining Press Ganey in 2007, Paller served as chief executive of the Gallup Healthcare Group. In her current role as senior vice president of strategic consulting and education services, Paller continues to lead a high-performing team that offers clients counsel toward achieving sustainable growth, clinical effectiveness, and market leadership.
