Barnstorm Presentation Series 2011 - Registration

Single Attendee Registration
Registrants must submit this form to complete registration and confirm payment.

Multiple Attendee Registration
10+ and 20+ registrants must click here to download the corresponding spreadsheet through which your registrants names will be submitted. Group registrations MUST be submitted in advance of the event in order to receive the discount. You will not receive the discount if you register each person individually.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be received in writing via fax 512-857-7711 or email hevans@cmpmanagement.com at least 7 days prior to the event. Cancellations received within 7 days of the event will be obligated to pay the registration fee. No cancellations will be taken by phone.

SUBSTITUTIONS
Individuals unable to attend may send a substitute in their place.  Substitutions must be received in writing via fax 512-857-7711 or email  hevans@cmpmanagement.com  at least 2 days prior to the event. No substitutions will be taken by phone.
