CANCELLATIONS
A full refund will be given for written requests received on or before September 9, 2011. No refunds will be granted after September 9, 2011. Cancellations must be received in writing from the original registrant to espringer@cmpmanagement.com. No cancellations will be taken by phone.  

SUBSTITUTIONS
Individuals unable to attend may send a substitute in their place.  Substitutions must be received in writing via fax 512-857-7711 or email  espringer@cmpmanagement.com at least 2 days prior to the event. No substitutions will be taken by phone.

 

Texas Nurses Association:
"CHRISTUS SPOHN Health System is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Texas Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accredidation. 4.75 nursing contact hours will be provided."

The 2011 TSHHRAE Annual Conference has applied for 4.75 recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
