Cancellation and Substitution Policies
- Cancellations for Barnstorm 2008 are accepted in writing only (email
is acceptable) no later than 7 days prior to the Barnstorm for which you
have registered. Refunds will
be issued minus a 20% cancellation fee. Refunds take 4-6 weeks.
- 7 days prior to the event, only substitutions will be allowed.
- Please contact TSHHRAE in writing if you are sending a substitution.
Email is an acceptable form of notification.
- Refunds are not given for no-shows.
