The Texas Society
of Healthcare Human Resource Administrators and Educators welcomes you
and invites you to share our passion in building an organization meant
to link all of us whose goal is to consistently enrich our jobs as
healthcare employees.
TSHHRAE is
committed to promote and help foster knowledge and competence in
healthcare facilities for Directors of Human Resources and educators in
the state of Texas. We strive to keep a positive focus on what is
happening in healthcare and what role we must play to provide an
opportunity for each of you to share ideas and support each other in
such a changing environment. Trying to help encourage a culture that
deals with rising healthcare costs, the nursing shortage and keeping up
with the information revolution, certainly keeps each of us busy.
Performing your jobs in the most efficient manner is one key to dealing
with lowering costs and keeping your hospital employees aware of the
latest updates in healthcare today is essential. Change occurs on a
daily basis and each of you wears many different hats as you try to meet
the needs of each patient and your fellow employees.
The TSHHRAE Board,
which I may say is very enthusiastic, will be here to serve you and help
you be in constant contact with what is necessary to make your job a
little easier. Each board member brings with them years of experience in
Human Resources and Educational Training. They can offer their
experience to each of you as we continue to grow the organization and
build relationships all over this great state of Texas.
Join us in the
spring as we bring “Barnstorm” to an area close to you. This is an
opportunity to meet board members and those who are affiliated with
hospitals all over Texas. At “Barnstorm” educational topics are
presented that will provide those important CEU’s we all need in the
healthcare field. Consider hosting a Barnstorm, being a Barnstorm
trainer or serving on the TSHHRAE Board. Don't hesitate to contact
us to let us know how we can serve you better!
Thank you for your
support! Thank you for your input and we look forward to a most
eventful year in the process of getting to know the best in Texas!
Sincerely,
Rose Ann Martin
