WRITTEN DISCLOSURES TO PARTICIPANTS: AT THE BEGINNING EVERY
WORKBOOK/HANDOUT THE FOLLOWING WILL BE WRITTEN:
In order to receive a certificate of successful completion, each participant
must sign in at the beginning of each presentation. A roll sheet will be at the
door prior to the beginning of the presentation. Each participant must complete
the certificate of completion form and return the white copy to the facilitator
at the end of the day.
There have been no conflicts of interest disclosed by any of the speakers,
content authors, planning committee members or facilities to TSHHRAE concerning
a financial relationship with any commercial interests. This includes any
immediate family members of all speakers, content authors, or planning committee
members.
TSHHRAE has been provided sponsorship by the following facilities
in the form of in-kind donations of food:
